Our Guiding Principles

1. Anyone, regardless of class, sexuality, age, race, or any other identity, can access our resources.

2. RADSC is not a charity or a business, and will offer as many of our services for free and avoid the need for community members to pay.

3. The only time pay is needed is for services with high original costs.* It will be at a portion of what the service would cost elsewhere.

4. RADSC will seek more potential funding that leads to restrictions. It is common for grants to come with restrictions and quotas to fulfill.

5. RADSC is responsible to its members and their communities, not the state or larger institution.

6. RADSC, by design, is small in scale, locally oriented, with the only conditions of membership being for the security of our members and clientele.

7. RADSC ought to be discreet when delivering services for the privacy of our community members.

8. RADSC as a collective and its present will not be discreet. We desire for all community members to know of RADSC and our services.

9. RADSC is a reproductive justice organization. Reproductive justice, as defined by SisterSong, is the human right to maintain personal bodily autonomy, have children, not have children, and parent the children we have in safe and sustainable communities.

*We will avoid the need for community members to pay. The only time pay is needed is for services with high original costs. We have plans to offer services like driving community members long distances for appointments.

Who We Are

Reproductive Access and Direct Service Collective (RADSC) is an organization based in Western Massachusetts dedicated to providing reproductive health and harm reduction resources to our community that are free, accessible, and inclusive.

Originating on Hampshire College campus in October of 2023, RADSC was formed by students valuing access to consistent and trustworthy reproductive health and harm reduction products and knowledge. RADSC aims to organize and act within a reproductive justice framework, to support all people seeking care, support, and resources without judgement, and to uplift the voices and needs of the most vulnerable to ensure freedom and justice for all.

RADSC is not a medical organization and as such can not offer medical advice or services.
